Hope this post does not violate the community rules.3D printed axial air assist addon for NEJE A40640 laser module. For connection to the compressor used airbrush connector with 1/8 thread. Better use clear red resin I think.This variant of air assist is for materials with 6mm thickness or less!Included files: sldprt, step, stl.Test, modify and share your variants :)UPD. Added part "NEJE A4060 module cooler air duct". Just for "clean" air supply. But requires separate pneumatic line from compressor (perhapse with lower preassure than in the air assist part).UPD2. Added "neje A40640 axial air assist_sh" - shorter variat for deeper cuts. I also made wider holes (ray in and nozzle) cause it looks like they are not exact coaxial with optical axis. I can't disassemble module for more accurate measuring, so I decided to make bigger holes (though it's not very good variant).
