A full-scale architectural model, depicting four houses within a landscaped environment, has been created by an expert designer. Measuring 45 x 45 x 8 meters, this detailed design was made using 3ds Max 2011. The model is versatile and suitable for various applications, such as real-time use, game development, Unity, UE4, CGI visualization, and architecture purposes. Each house consists of 13,489 polygons and 13,987 vertices, while the roof tiles have an impressive 3,372,947 polygons and 1,747,126 vertices. The model's mesh boasts high quality, having been carefully tested for any potential issues such as holes, flipped normals, or overlapping polygons. Despite being low-poly, the model is easily editable to add extra details. All similar objects are instances, making it simple to change or replace them. The presentation images were rendered with V-Ray, and the necessary files for rendering are included. Both V-Ray and Standard materials are provided, along with JPG and PNG textures in a separate archive. Lastly, all objects have proper UV mapping, and no third-party plugins are required for this model.
