This detailed real-world sized house was designed by a professional architect from construction DWG drawings. The model is ideal for visualization, AR/VR, real-time and game use, as well as architecture, consulting, education. Units are measured in centimeters. Formats include: MAX - 3dsMax (V-Ray and Standard materials) FBX, OBJ, DAE - Exchange Formats UNITYPACKAGE - Unity 3D / request format BLEND - Blender / request format SKP - SketchUp / request format Geometry: Carefully tested for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. A low-poly mesh is provided, making it easy to build additional details and edit geometry. Shell Modifier is applied for glass objects. Scene objects are organized by layers.
