This is a realistic, full-scale model of a Residential District (160 houses) designed by a professional architect. Product dimensions: 1 kilometer x 1 kilometer Units used: Meters Originally created with 3ds Max 2011 LEVEL OF DETAIL and USAGE This model comes in two levels of detail to suit different purposes. Low-poly (OBJ) for real-time and game use, Unity, UE4, etc. - excludes trees, fences, and house details High-poly (FBX, MAX) full scene for CGI exterior visualization and architecture GEOMETRY The model's mesh is high-quality with a clean edge flow. Geometry has been carefully tested for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. Mesh is low-poly, allowing easy addition of details or editing of geometry. All similar objects are instances - easily changed or replaced Symmetry Modifier applied to all houses.
