I have designed a device that empowers individuals who rely on syringes in their daily lives to handle them safely. The innovative design enables users to securely remove and replace the cap of a syringe using a clamp feature, ensuring a safe and hassle-free experience. Safety regulations dictate that the device must be capable of replacing the cap with one hand only, thereby preventing accidental self-injury. While two hands are required to remove the cap, one hand secures the cap in place while the other hand carefully pulls out the syringe. To safely remove the cap, position the end of the cap beneath the first lip of the product and then clamp it into place using the clamp feature. This grip ensures a secure hold and prevents the cap from slipping. The device's adaptable design accommodates caps of any length, whether short or long, thanks to the hole at its base. Please exercise caution when utilizing this device! Instructions: Print this component lying flat with support structures in place. To achieve optimal flexibility without breakage, use a 50% infill density or higher at a resolution of 0.2mm.
