Needle Tipped Multimeter Probe

Needle Tipped Multimeter Probe

Most standard multi meter tips are too big to reach ICs, LEDs or SMD components on a circuit board. So I end up bending a paperclip around my multi meter tip. You can buy needle tips, but they're usually quite large and awkward because they're designed for high currents and voltages. A paperclip works perfectly, though. But it's super easy to lose them or accidentally break the tip by bending it too much. So you'll end up making new ones over and over again. That's why Thing introduces a very simple housing for "paper clip tipped multimeter probe". Don't count on these tips handling high currents or voltages, though. Paperclips are tiny, so they can't carry a lot of current. Plus, PLA isn't a safe insulator - it's flammable and has a low melting point. Use them only with small voltages and currents.
