Needle Cutter Flywheel with Fan

This Flywheel and Fan combination fit a 0.125" diameter shaft of a brushless motor used for other Needle Cutters and model aircraft. The Flywheel is secured to the motor shaft with (3) #4-40 set screws. The fan provides extra cooling to the motor during a typical 15 - 20 minute period while cutting foam board. The spud to mount the Needle Holder and bearing is a M3 tapped hole. Post printing clean up is essential. Motor rotation should be clockwise (CW) when viewed from the front. Counter balance weight can be added to the perimeter holes by tapping those holes for #4-40 set screws. (I used (3) set screws, 3/8" in length, opposite the spud.)
