Need Help with STL for Prosthesis

Hello, I'm currently designing prosthetics for a woman who lost nine fingers. The STL file uploaded is too big for SolidWorks as a solid body; thus, assistance in making it smaller is needed. If possible, please convert the file into .xt, .step, or .igs formats, or divide it into smaller sections to create an assembly in SW. Kindly inform me on how you'd like to send the files once completed, and thank you for your support of this good cause.
