<p>"van Gend en Loos" was the parcel tranport division of the Nederlandse Spoorwegen (Dutch State Railways). Up to 1984 they shipped parcels by rail.</p><p>Eventually this company merged in to Danzas and DHL. (<a href="https://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Van_Gend_%26_Loos">https://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Van_Gend_%26_Loos</a>)</p><p>Up to 1977 S-CHR wagons converted to type GW were used to ship parcels to all railwaystations with goods depots in the Netherlands. They could be easily recognized because of the distinct yellow markings on all corners, earning them the nickname "geelbander" (yellow band-ed).</p><p>This is my interpretation of the GW / S-CHR wagon in Gauge 1 (1:32, 45 mm track).</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h3>Print Settings</h3><p><strong>Printer Brand:</strong></p><p>Creality</p><p><strong>Printer:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>CR-10</p><p><strong>Resolution:</strong></p><p>.125 mm</p><p><strong>Infill:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>20%</p><p><strong>Filament:</strong> Extrudr GreenTEC Grey Post-Printing =============</p><p><strong>Assembly guidelines:</strong></p><ul><li>Standard LGB axles/wheels are used. (outer flange around the axles removed, making the wheel sets 54 mm wide. Axle ~60 mm long). These wheel-sets run in ZZ623 bearings.</li></ul><p>The axles/bearings/springs (4X) are screwed to the frame with M2 bolts.</p><p>The buffers are screwed to the frame with M3 thread.</p><p>On both sides of the frame a door-rail is glued on with 1.5 mm metal-wire-dowels.</p><p>Use some 1.5 mm wire to align the end-walls to the side-walls, and glue them together with CA glue.</p><p>Glue 3 ventilation units on the top of the roof in the provided holes.</p><p>The roof is to be glued on to the walls with CA-glue.</p><p>The wall/roof assembly and the frame/wheel-bearings are screwed together with M2 bolts.</p><p>The doors slide on the rails fitted to the frame and in openings in the roof.</p><p>The steps are to be re-inforced with some ~1.25 mm wire, otherwise they will break, most likely sooner than later.</p><p>Holes are present to mount handrails. Bend ~1.25 mm metal wire in the required shape.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
