In the 1930's the Nederlandse Spoorwegen ordered 4-door bagage wagons DIV. Because of the new, welded steel construction they were nicknamed "Stalen D" (steel "D').Initially they were deployed within the Netherlands, only just crossing the borders in to Belgium and Germany. The bigger DV's (6 doors) were deployed to destinations all over Europe.Later the DIV's were modified for international deployment throughout Europe. In 1971 the Deutsche Bundesbahn even rented several for use in West-Germany. Attach them with some CA-glue.The selected bogies are bolted to the frame with M5 screws.The buffers are attached using some M4 threaded rod.Construct the body by glueing the end-walls to the side walls, using some filament as alignment-pins.
