A set of rings with a slit so you can twist them on to your neck/neck. You simply find the ring that fits comfortably and take about 10% less on the sides (if its for one of my oval designs) (Note: if you have an Adams apple this is the most important point and will likely be 5-10mm more then rest of you neck, so take the "FrontToBack" dimension there). I recommend starting with the larger and working your way tighter, (but hey am not gonna kink shame).
