Neck Guide

Introducing a haircutting neck guide to help self-barbering folks lessen the hassle of achieving a repeatable professional look. It works using the tops of ears as an anchor point while hanging down the back of the neck to the hairline. You control the position of the neck guide's edge relative to your hairline by adjusting the guide and positioning your head. The earpieces are independently height and angle adjustable to aid in obtaining the best useful alignment. Do understand, ears and the back the neck are soft tissue that shift with movement of the head. Therefore, the alignment of the neck guide to your hairline will also shift as you move your head. The neck guide should be adjusted and worn with your head in a position that is comfortable while also allowing you to trim the hair. The goal here is ease-of-use and repeatability. Head position is just as critical as neck guard adjustment when it comes to that goal. Take your time setting it up. Adjustment can be tedious but once the guide is set each subsequent use only requires that you hook the earpieces onto your ears, swing the guide down to your neck, position your head, and trim away.
