Do you want a printhead with a Bowde-less extruder and linear rails? Do you want it to be light weight and well proven? Well, this is your solution!! Advantages Proven design (Using mine since June 2020, without any problems) Modular concept (Improvements to different parts can be made without the need to re-print the entire head) Light-weight (all printed parts combined weigh only 145 g) Direct drive (print any material you want - regardless of flexibility) Linear rails (get rid of bumps in your printed walls and have a solution that is way more durable, than the stock V-wheels) Stock parts (No need to get a new extruder, hot end or fans) All PLA parts (No need to get special filament) Printable completely without support Disadvantages Linear Rails (If you want this print head, you will need linear rails) Cooling fan needs to be at 100% (air duct design could be improved), BUT you can print the 4020CoolingFan_MountingPlate and use a 4020 24V radial cooling fan and get amazing part cooling! In fact, I reduced mine to 40% otherwise the nozzle would not reach 210°C.
