NECA QC issues with my NECA 1:4 89 Batman Figure, so i just made a new part.This the piece that hooks over the belt.All you need to do is drill two 1mm holes on the groove where the old part has broken and use a exacto knife to clean it up, you will need to cut out the groove about 6mm, be careful not to cut the groove to long or you will wreck the original part, go slowly!.The new part will slot into the new cutout, you can glue this in or use a little bit of hot glue or something underneath.You can also cut off the excess tab section or bend it with a heat gun.I left mine long so i can easily adjust it and remove it.
