Its 13 storeys reach a remarkable height of 70.35 m (231 ft). The mastermind behind this architectural marvel is none other than Vladimir Šubic, a renowned Slovenian architect. Construction on this ambitious project began on April 19, 1931, and it officially opened its doors to the public on February 21, 1933. Upon completion, Nebotičnik held the prestigious title of one of Europe's tallest buildings.
