Nebo charging base

I'm upgrading the base on my Nebo Rebel headlamp to improve its stability. The original base has a small footprint, which isn't ideal for providing a solid foundation. My design modification should also work with newer Nebo lights that use the same charger. This is my very first DIY project, and I'll share more details and photos once I've thoroughly tested it out.
