This mount is specifically designed for the Neato XV11 LIDAR unit, and it also accommodates the Get Surreal LIDAR controller board beneath it. Mounting occurs directly through the mount itself, with screws inserted from the top to secure whatever surface you're attaching it to. A pad on the mount provides a spot for applying servo tape to firmly hold the Get Surreal controller board in place, eliminating any need for additional support.
