Neato-Botvac charging-base wall-mounts (Botvac D3 Connected- should match to other models with same charging-base)
thingiverse
As my botvac consistently pushed its charging-base around the room due to its placement on a wooden floor, it frequently failed to complete its cleaning cycle because it couldn't find the base. These two adapters can be easily snapped into the stock charging base (my Botvac D3 connect should match many more charging-bases). Then just screw the base onto the wall... The base will remain exactly where intended... no more dead botvacs with empty batteries anymore! Installation: - Print the adapters - Take the charging-base and locate the two gaps behind the wire-holding-noses (check pictures) - Slide each adapter from the outer side into these gaps until they can be pushed onto the noses, which will have plenty of play... this makes wall mounting easier - Grab 2 Screws with a diameter of 4.5mm and a length between 30mm to 40mm. - Mount the base onto the wall... do not tighten the screws too quickly as the adapters might crack...
