This replacement part is specifically designed for the wheels of the Neato Botvac 85D series. The original part wore out, causing my Neato to cease functioning altogether. Initially, I attempted to use a replacement part found on Thingiverse (part #2130729), but the larger cog was not an exact match - it was too small. As a result, I decided to create my own custom design using the remaining functional wheel from my Neato. The new wheel was printed through 3DHubs, utilizing nylon as the material. Unfortunately, due to the outsourcing of printing services, I do not have any information regarding the specific printing settings used.
