I built my hookah from scratch and it's almost fully printable - all I need is the pot, rubber for the pot, a plate, and some tubes. It stands about 550mm tall when assembled. The only tricky part is gluing on the tube adapters; everything else just screws together easily. At first, the threads can be a bit stiff, but they loosen up after a few turns and start moving smoothly.
