NC Miata console clip on phone mount bracket

This is a versatile clip on phone mount for an NC Miata, suitable for models from 2006 to 2015. It cleverly repurposes a ball head from a cheap magnet phone mount that is supposed to stick to your AC vent, but in reality often falls off. I designed this mount to utilize the magnetic ball mount part, allowing me to clip it onto my console without needing any screws. This version was printed in PLA, but come next summer, I'm sure I'll need to reprint it in PETG or ABS. Two versions are available for download: one with and one without my text logo, which I experimented with adding to the print. To attach it, simply stretch the edge of your console a bit and snap it on – it's surprisingly easy. A small foot extends over the coin tray, providing additional stability and making it feel very secure. I printed it on its side without supports using my BiBo touch 3D printer. Initially, I considered integrating a new ball mount into the bracket but realized that unless you find the exact brand of magnetic phone mount used, it wouldn't be particularly useful.
