I modified the original center console cover to accommodate a Mercedes light fixture, allowing it to be seamlessly integrated into the console cover and providing additional footwell lighting. The inspiration for this project came from a thread on Miata.net (http://forum.miata.net/vb/showthread.php?t=551228).
