Nazree's Prosthetic Hand
grabcad
This design is intended for use with an artificial skin-like glove, if one exists. I've noticed that most prosthetics lack anthropomorphic characteristics, so this design aims to address that issue. The cabling and mechanism are located within the palm, and the hand rests in a position similar to a human's. Please refer to documentation.pdf for more detailed information about the model. Note that I have not had access to a 3D printer to test the design; thus, a disclaimer is included to protect against potential issues during printing. However, I have tested the design in simulation and created a virtual 3D print using 3D slicing software, including a gcode file. If you encounter any problems, please contact me through GrabCAD or leave a comment. To print, use the file Assemble_for_Print_prosthetic_.STL, and thank you for considering this design.
