Modeled after iconic Canadian marine navigational buoys, this buoyant creation actually hovers above the water's surface, yet it needs a strategic counterbalance to maintain its upright position. Carefully crafted with fun in mind, another engaging toy designed specifically for my energetic nephews has been completed.
