Nautilus Gears

I made some adjustments to the frame, and now it doesn't break on me. I've also thickened the gears. To get this right, you'll need to print a pair of each item. I used Fusion 360 to work with the DXF file from the original item - I had to tweak it a bit to make a solid gear. The F360 file is included.
