Nautilus Earrings

While pondering over Project Shellter, I recalled my childhood trips to Oregon's seaside towns where I saw nautilus shell necklaces and earrings made by running them through a band saw. Inspired, I used SketchUp with skimbal's assistance to design a unique set of earrings as a Christmas gift for a close friend. As per the advice from some female friends, I decided to add a closed front version for better comfort and durability. To create these beautiful earrings, follow these steps: 1. Print the design, 2. Attach the earring hardware, and 3. Get ready to receive compliments!
