An innovative outdoor water purification system is demonstrated here, featuring a barrel with a funnel and small strainer to filter out impurities from natural water sources. Post-filtration, the water is transferred to another barrel placed inside a box fitted with a glass lid. As sunlight heats up the water within, condensation forms on the glass surface, which drips into a container beneath. This purified water can be conveniently collected via a nozzle for use.
