NATO RD40 DIN adaptor for DAR (ISO 22) respirator filters
thingiverse
Easy to fabricate, Permits use of medical AMBU ventilator filters in military and DIN masks. Every ambulance/hospital has stockpiles of those. Principal issue is thread may be initiating at different angle in each mask, not only variant to variant but copy to copy of same variant mask. This is "no problem" with round filters. Well, those aren't round and You might end up with filter sticking out in unfortunate directions. I have two solutions to that: 1. print one piece version and shim it with gasket/teflon tape 2. print two part version and glue them in proper position relative to each other You might also be interested in affordable and easy face shield design: https://wiki.hackerspace.pl/projects:covid-19:english Edit: Added better adhesion model for no raft printing
