NATO 40mm filter to Secura mask adapter
thingiverse
This adapter lets you attach NATO filters to a Secura dust mask.\r\n\r\nI created this adapter because someone asked for it.\r\nIT HASN'T BEEN TESTED YET!\r\nPrinting this design will be challenging due to its overhanging features. \r\nI suggest printing it upside-down, with a raft, and using supports.\r\nHighly recommended: use 100% infill.\r\nIf you plan to work with acetone, don't print it with ABS!\r\nIf you plan to work with chloroform or methylene chloride, don't print it with PLA!\r\n\r\nThe basic version is in Nato_Secura.stl.\r\nNATO 40mm to Secura overhang.stl has some tweaks for easier printing of overhanging parts. (Still requires support)\r\n\r\nYou'll need a rubber gasket measuring 38mm in external diameter, 26mm in internal diameter, and 1mm in thickness.\r\nPlace it on the threaded side. \r\nI haven't checked real-life gasket dimensions, so you might need to cut one to size from a larger one.
