a nasal sprayer for generic amber spray bottles with droppers. I parameterized the model using python's SolidPython OpenSCAD writing package and included if you want to fit this to something else. in order to edit the parameters: 1. ensure you pip3 install requirements.txt 2. set parametric values in configuration.toml 3. run python3 injector_nozzle.py The configuration values are defined based on measurements I took of the sprayers that come with the bottles. The best way to understand them is to change them a little (+/- a few millimeters) and see the result but I'll try to explain a little: tube parameters are what fix the sprayer to the plastic tube. flange is where your fingers go to actuate the sprayer. injector diameter sets the diameter of the cylinder that interacts with your nostril. shell parameters are what keep the injector aligned to the bottle while being actuated. height is the height of the shell nozzle diameter is the hole for the fluid travel (adjust to affect spay misting or reduce clogging). This model was sliced with Cura and tested.
