As a tribute to Space Month and for those who reminisce the final shuttle flight, I discovered a NASA site offering free 3D model files of various spacecraft. The site has been relocated to http://nasa3d.arc.nasa.gov/. Although the models are in 3ds format, compatible with Google Sketch, exporting them to stl format remains a challenge. Kindly share any successful procedures for the benefit of those struggling. ---
