Here's our kit to enhance the NASA Space Wrench! The kit is comprised of: the NASA Space Wrench, the unlocker of the wrench, and the universal screwdriver joint. You can find the NASA Space Wrench here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:608397 https://nasa3d.arc.nasa.gov/detail/wrench-mis Our universal screwdriver joint is designed to be easily inserted onto the wrench pin; once placed on the wrench, you can use any kind of screwdriver needed. To secure all parts, we used two small magnets. The first magnet was inserted into the pin of the wrench by drilling a tiny hole and gluing it inside. The second magnet was glued inside the square hole of the universal joint to prevent the screwdriver from falling off while using the wrench. Instructions We printed all kit parts with a DeltaWASP 20x40 3D printer using PLA material. A 0.4 mm nozzle and a 1.75 mm wire were used for printing. To print the entire kit, we utilized: - 0.15 mm layer height - 1.6 mm shell thickness - 0.9 mm bottom/top thickness / 0.6 mm for the universal joint - 35% fill density - 5 brim lines amount - 200°C printing temperature - 50°C bed temperature
