This Rassor Drum is virtually identical to my previous version, the NASA Rassor Drum MK1, with one key difference: the bolt holes and aluminum holding the outer aluminum frame together are subtly modified. The Rassor Drum boasts at least three robust support materials, while the middle cylinder features six – three on each side – carefully aligned for seamless fusion or bolting in files. Notably, a study has been conducted to determine the stresses the axle will endure. Furthermore, I have created a simulation of the Rassor Drum, although it's currently running in reverse due to my computer's limitations. The construction process begins with cutting out the two outer aluminum rings and metal plates featuring bolt holes. These components are then welded together before carbon fiber is manufactured and secured to the frames using bolts or rivets. Finally, the aluminum rings are pressed into the center of all cylinders for a snug fit, ensuring minimal wear on the carbon fiber. Key specifications include dimensions: 15.11'' by 11.23'' (383.794mm by 285.242mm). The Rassor Drum weighs 4.97 and features scoops with a width of 80.01mm, allowing it to hold up to 51 liters.
