UPDATE: V2 has better tolerances, is stronger and uses less material/prints twice as fast with vertical arms laying on the bed, supports, and 8% infill. NASA has released a set of state-shaped pinhole cameras meant to be 3D printed at https://eclipse2017.nasa.gov/3d-stl-files. Unfortunately, the meshes aren't all well formed so preprocessing through MeshLab http://www.meshlab.net is recommended. The other deficiency being addressed here is the lack of mounting brackets. With only two hands, a tripod mount is necessary, so a bracket was thrown together. Simply slide the chosen pinhole camera plate into the arms of the bracket and screw on your camera tripod or attach it to a GoPro style mount if you have one. The design includes an alternative with GoPro mounting arms.
