NASA Lunar Sampling System Design Challenge- Option 2

NASA Lunar Sampling System Design Challenge- Option 2

I am proposing a 'Ground Engagement Tool/Filter Tool' with an in-built filtration system, designed to filter out rocks measuring 1-2cm while collecting less than 1cm regolith. This tool would be connected to a robotic arm on a rover or lander and scrape the moon's surface until sufficient material is gathered. Collection time depends on the availability of required rocks; it can be completed in under 24 hours. No additional power is needed for the tool, but operating the robotic arm requires energy. The attachment would ideally be compatible with other tools, allowing the same arm to handle multiple instruments, including this one. This concept builds upon my previously submitted Option 1 and I await your feedback.
