The NASA Lunar Sampling System Design Challenge showcases my solution in the first image. A vehicle housing the System appears as a black box and requires further development with more details. The second picture displays each part's position within my design. Item one reveals a circular brush that collects small rocks (approximately 10-15mm). Item two indicates the sample collector, where a cylindrical container should be placed. Item three represents the actuator responsible for lifting and dropping the System during start and finish of operations. Item four highlights the slide bearing, while item five showcases the System's holder.
