The system employs an inert resin for sample preservation. Upon landing, a ring releases two-part resin that swiftly solidifies and exhibits high chemical resistance. This ensures complete inertness, safeguarding samples until use on Earth. The ring features cameras, laser sensors to examine and measure samples; additionally, a bladeless fan slightly elevates dust particles for effective resin trapping. A rotating adhesive tape isolates moon dust from the main storage, without relying on wheels but rollers.
