The solution proposed is 4 circular rings which can rotate along the same axis ( defined by the "cylinder" space allowed). The 4 rings can move independently. 2 rings are the the CTB boxes and the 2 lefts are for the science payload. Although, for the science payloads, the rotation is blocked to avoid electrical cables deteriorations.If an electric problem appears, the crew still can have access to the storage.
