The reticular structure features ABS 3D printed nodes interconnected by aluminium pipes, securely fastened with T-Screws and safety clips. Seat tracks, both primary and secondary, are fixed using captive screws on the lower side of the main plate. For error-free assembly, pipes must be marked with paint matching node colors. The disassembled structure occupies minimal space and can be easily repositioned. Components like seat tracks, nodes, and pipes are made from aluminum and ABS, while fasteners are stainless steel. Empirical testing is recommended, considering the structure's weight is only 3.5 kg (12.1 lb). FEA reports may not be reliable due to the complex design with dissimilar materials.
