The structure is modular and rigid with each part being produced individually and tested separately. Assembly procedure involves installing V6_4 centering pins into the conical hole of V6_1 clamp, followed by assembling V6_1 and V6_3 clamps on opposite sides of the handrail based on pin positioning. The locking nuts V6_2 are then used to form a single assembly with the clamps. Due to Archimedes' spiral-based profiles, the nuts firmly clamp the handrail when rotated in the "Close" direction. Dimensions for each part can be found in .pdf files while overall dimensions for the assembled unit in an open state are 64mm x 57.1mm x 59.5mm along the x, y and z axes respectively. Computed volumes for each part are also available in V6_part_volume.pdf.
