The complexity aims to meet all challenge requirements while ensuring a secure fit with the lever mechanism for easy assembly and disassembly. Additionally, the design takes into account stress considerations from a study on 3D printed parts' tensile strength. A handrail sector has already been machined, and the next step is to print a clamp for testing and modification according to the seat track stud.
