Redesign of Keeeal's hex fabric boosts FDM printing efficiency. Key modifications include robust links, streamlined geometry, reinforced base, and continuous center section. The coned design optimizes print speed by eliminating individual deposition points for tiny dots, often a source of failure in previous designs. Continuous center sections provide the necessary strength to eliminate vertical links, streamlining production. Printing at 0.15mm or 0.20mm layer height yields excellent results. To save time and accommodate various printers, I've uploaded multiple sizes for your convenience.
