The proposal here was to implement a wheel mechanism that would occupy the vacant space within the cylinder's radius. The common habitat will be transported by these two wheels at its extremity. I believe the center of gravity of the habitat will keep it stable while the wheels move it to the desired location. The main aim here is to incorporate into the habitat's own structure a transport mechanism that can be compact and efficient during transitions.
