I re-engineered the initial blueprint in Solidworks, adding more fillets and a compartment on each side to enhance overall structural integrity. The primary advantage of this revised design is its increased size, making it simpler to print successfully. The original prototype consisted of a single shell, which led to subpar printing results due to inherent material limitations.
