Narrowboat porthole hopper catch

Narrowboat porthole hopper catch

I dropped the top hopper glass of my narrowboat porthole window in the canal and struggled to find a replacement anywhere. I cut the replacement glazing from a piece of 4mm acrylic but had to design a catch from scratch. The catch is made to receive an m6 stainless captured nut and fix with a 16mm long m6 stainless hex head bolt. Nothing special with the printing. No support required 0.2mm layer height in PLA worked well for me.
