The 3D model is designed specifically for VR and real-time applications as well as 3D printing architectural interior scenes visualizations animations computer-generated projects. This model is ready for subdivision to enhance its resolution, has correct real-world scale for precise representation, created in 3ds Max 2016 and compatible with other formats for flexibility. To increase the model's accuracy subdividing it further can be done as needed. The solid geometry object has Turbosmooth modifier on top of the mesh geometry for realistic rendering 2 iterations to refine the shape. Rendered at origin using Vray 3.0 simple Vray standard material with no textures applied, prepared for efficient performance. Scene is exported separately and illumination setup not included for custom control during modeling and finalizing. Note dimensions of the model ready for printing are precisely calculated as 8881cm in length 8737cm in width and 20962cm in height.
