Narrow Monitor Hook

I needed to hang my Bluetooth headphone on the side of my monitor. There is a flat spot only 8mm wide, so that is how wide the hook backing is. I created 3 designs but the one I used is hook 3. A tiny bit of double sided tape holds it in place. If you are finding this and downloading it, I'd love to know how. It isn't showing up in my designs or in any search I do. I've made a duplicate but left this one live, hidden in the system. I've asked support to fix that, maybe someday...
