Paper napkin holder for six-inch square paper napkins, accommodating forty to fifty standard napkins. The basic design sits flat on a table. I have also created a version that mounts to the wall; however, I have not tested this model. The wall mount file includes an additional bar for the extruder to pass over when printing the upper section, thereby avoiding melting or distorting of the tab. This feature provides a cooling period between layers as the extruder moves back and forth. Fan cooling is also considered an alternative solution to prevent defects in printing. I have found some minor vertical lines along the edge of the diamond shapes but was unable to locate any significant errors. I estimate three hours, seventy-seven grams of ABS material, 0.3 millimeters per layer at a moderate speed with my Afinia printer will be sufficient for printing this design.
