NAPALM's spool center for 8mm rods

I used an 8mm rod to hold my spools in place, but the spool didn't sit centered and moved slightly. To fix this issue, I designed two separate parts: one cone that fits into the spool and centers it on the 8mm rod, and another part that secures it in place. You can screw a 3x10 metric screw into the side of the fixing ring, or use an alternative size if needed.
