Tate no Yūsha no Nariagari, or also known by its English name The Rising of The Shield Hero, is a light novel series written by Aneko Yusagi. Originally serialized as a novel. The series was adapted into manga by Aiya Kyū and in the monthly magazine Comic Flapper. An anime series adaptation produced by Kinema Citrus was broadcast starting in 2019.
